百蕊颗粒联合干扰素α-1b治疗对小儿毛细支气管炎患儿炎症和呼吸功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察在小儿毛细支气管炎患儿的临床治疗中,百蕊颗粒和干扰素α-1b的联合应用效果.方法按照随机信封法对2021年12月-2023年12月本院收治的小儿毛细支气管炎患儿80例进行分组,对照组(40例)采用干扰素α-1b雾化治疗,研究组(40例)联用百蕊颗粒,比较两组应用效果.结果研究组治疗总有效率、动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)、动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)高于对照组,且咳嗽症状积分表(CSS)评分、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平,以及动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、呼吸频率低于对照组,咳嗽消失时间、憋喘消失时间和肺哮鸣音消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05),同时两组不良反应发生率比较,无显著差异(P>0.05).结论在小儿毛细支气管炎患儿的临床治疗中,百蕊颗粒和干扰素α-1b的联合应用能够显著缓解毛细支气管炎症刺激,提高患儿呼吸功能,改善其临床症状,恢复免疫平衡,治疗安全性和实用性较高.Objective To observe the combined application effect of Bairui granule and interferonα-1b in the clinical treatment of children with bronchiolitis.Methods 80 children with bronchiolitis treated in our hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were divided into two groups according to random envelope method.The control group(40 cases)received interferonα-1b atomization treatment,and the study group(40 cases)received Bairui granule combined treatment.Results The total response rate,arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2),arterial oxygen partial pressure(PaO2),immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the scores of cough symptom scale(CSS),C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)of the study group were higher than those of the control group.The partial blood pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)and respiratory rate were lower than that of control group,and the disappearance time of cough,choking and wheezing was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of children with bronchiolitis,the combined application of Bairui granules and interferonα-1b can significantly relieve the bronchiolitis inflammation,improve the respiratory function of children,improve the clinical symptoms,restore the immune balance,and the treatment is safe and practical.
