新工业革命与工科课程改革背景下研究生教育高质量发展

摘  要:“高质量发展”是党的十九大报告中用于经济发展的新表述,十九届五中全会上被确立为“十四五”期间国民经济和社会发展的主题。“高质量发展”也将随之被迁移,进入中国的高等教育政策话语体系。在2020年,我国首次召开全国研究生教育工作会议,标志着我国的研究生教育由快速发展转向高质量发展。2020年,我国的在学研究生数量达到313.96万人,位居世界前列。但推动如此体量的研究生教育,实现高质量发展仍是极具挑战性的宏伟目标,在世界范围内还没有可借鉴的经验。在新的时代背景下,研究如何深入领悟我国研究生教育高质量发展的逻辑意蕴并探索其实现路径,对于实现研究生教育由大到强的重大转变,对进一步推进国家人才强国、科技强国的战略发展,具有重要意义。"High-quality development"is a new expression used in the report of the 19th CPC National Congress for economic development,and was established at the Fifth Plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee as the theme of national economic and social development during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.“High-quality development”will also be transferred into China's higher education policy discourse system.China will hold its first national work conference on postgraduate education in 2020,marking a shift from rapid development to high-quality development.By 2020,the number of graduate students in China will reach 3139600,ranking among the highest in the world.However,it is still a very challenging and ambitious goal to promote such a volume of postgraduate education and achieve high-quality development,and there is no experience for reference in the world.Under the new time background,research on how to deeply understand the logical implication of high-quality development of graduate education in our country and explore its realization path is of important significance for realizing the significant change from large to strong graduate education,and for further promoting the strategic development of our country strong in talents and science and technology.
