天回医简《脉书·上经》研究

摘　　要：在成都天回汉墓出土的M3:121医简(即天回医简),经整理小组研究,确定系属扁鹊医学。其中由54支简掇合而成的《脉书·上经》充分展示了扁鹊医学中的五脏通天与色脉诊内容。再将出土文献《天回医简》与传世文献《黄帝内经》进行对比研究,发现《素问》中诸多篇章是对《脉书·上经》的阐释。比如《素问·阴阳类论》通过三阳三阴对五脏通天的内涵进行了解读;其次《素问·移精变气论》指出详查面色与脉搏,可通于神明。五脏通天,提示人体五脏与天气可以通过穴位互通,同时五脏之气在脉口也有所体现;色脉诊,可以通过面色与脉动的五行对应关系,来预判死生。而色脉诊内容的完整亦可有助《脉书·上经》残简内容的推演。所以天回汉墓医简的出土,有助于学者们对训诂的学术源流进行探索。The content of the M3:121 medical brief of the Tianhui Han Tomb in Chengdu has been sorted out and studied by a group,and it has been determined as a school of Bianque medicine.The“Maishu Shangjing”,which is composed of 54 bamboo slips,fully demonstrates the content of the Five Zang Organs Tongtian and Color Pulse Diagnosis in Bianque Medicine.Comparing the unearthed literature“Tian Hui Yi Jian”with the passed down literature“Huang Di Nei Jing”,many chapters of“Su Wen”explain the“Mai Shu Shang Jing”.The“Su Wen·Yin Yang Analects”interprets the connotation of the Five Zang Organs'Tongtian through the three Yang and three Yin;The“Su Wen·Theory of Transforming Essence and Qi”points out that detailed investigation of the color pulse can communicate with the gods.The Five Zang Organs connect with the sky,revealing that the Five Zang Organs of the human body communicate with the weather through acupoints,and the Qi of the Five Zang Organs is reflected in the veins;Color pulse diagnosis,based on the correspondence between facial color and pulsation of the five elements,uses the formula of death and life.Through color pulse diagnosis,it is also possible to fill in the incomplete text of the“Maishu Shangjing”.The excavation of the medical slips from the Tianhui Han tomb also presents the academic origin of scholars'interpretation.
