化癥止痛汤治疗子宫腺肌病痛症临证探讨

摘　　要：化癥止痛汤系经方化裁,力专化瘀消癥,不伤他脏。子宫腺肌病是临床难治病、常见病,临床表现出渐进性痛经,给患者带来极大的心理压力,表现出抑郁、焦虑等情绪,极大降低生活质量,并影响患者生育能力。当前的治疗方案各有利弊,化癥止痛汤止痛效果显著,安全性高,疗效维持时间长,具有极高临床价值。本文溯源化癥止痛汤,并报导3例临床案例。Huazhengzhitong Decoction is a classical formula.It can activate blood,resolve stasis and eliminate abdominal mass without damaging viscera and bowels.Adenomyosis is a clinically refractory and common disease and makes patients badly psychological pressure.Clinical manifestation of adenomyosis is progressive dysmenorrhea.Patients have depression,anxiety and other emotions.Dysmenorrhea greatly reduces the quality of life and affects the potentia generandi of patients.The current therapy has their own advantages and disadvantages.Huazhengzhitong Decoction relieves greatly pain,keeps high safety,and maintains long-term therapeutic efficacy,which has extremely high clinical value.This review traces back to the source of Huazhengzhitong Decoction and reports 3 clinical cases.
