活血利水方对桡骨远端骨折患者术后康复治疗的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析活血利水方对桡骨远端骨折患者术后康复治疗的临床效果。方法:纳入2022年9月~2023年9月期间南通市海门区中医院收治的90例桡骨远端骨折手术患者简单随机分为对照组(n=45)、观察组(n=45),对照组术后实施常规治疗,观察组在其基础上使用活血利水方治疗,两组均治疗2周。比较两组患者临床疗效;比较两组患者恢复时间;比较治疗前后两组患者中医症候积分、血清炎症因子水平;记录两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肿胀消退、止痛时间显著低于对照组对照组(P<0.05);治疗2周后,两组患者活动不利、疼痛、肿胀、瘀斑中医症候积分和白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)均显著低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间两组患者均未发生明显不良反应。结论:活血利水方治疗桡骨远端骨折患者可有效缓解患者术后肿胀、疼痛等症状,并降低其炎症反应,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Huoxue Lishui decoction in the postoperative rehabilitation therapy of patients with distal radius fractures.Methods:90 patients with distal radius fractures in Haimen District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,Nantong City were enrolled between September 2022 and September 2023 and were divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=45)by simple randomization method.The control group was treated with routine treatment after surgery,and the observation group was given Huoxue Lishui decoction on this basis,and both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,recovery time and TCM syndromes scores and serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the adverse reactions of the two groups during treatment were recorded.Results:After treatment,the clinical efficacy in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).The swelling regression time and pain relief time in observation group were significantly shorter compared with those in control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes of adverse activity,pain,swelling and ecchymosis and levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)were significantly lower in the two groups than those before treatment,and the above scores and levels in observation group were lower compared to control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion:Huoxue Lishui decoction in treating patients with distal radius fractures can effectively relieve the symptoms such as postoperative swelling and pain,reduce the inflammatory response,and enhance the clinical efficacy.
