补肾活血中药联合阿司匹林对复发性流产血栓前状态患者妊娠的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨复发性流产血栓前状态的治疗方案及效果,评价补肾活血中药联合阿司匹林的临床疗效,并分析其作用机制。方法:选择符合要求的患者共80名,并将其随机均分为实验组和对照组。其中实验组同时使用补肾活血中药和阿司匹林肠溶片进行治疗,而对照组仅使用阿司匹林肠溶片。结果:实验组和对照组基线资料比较,差异均无统计学意义。治疗后实验组和对照组活产率分别为90.0%和72.5%(P<0.05),总有效率分别为92.5%和27.5%(P<0.05),活化部分凝血活酶时间分别为31.43±3.66s和30.59±3.94s(P<0.05),凝血酶时间分别为17.81±0.36s和16.72±0.56s(P<0.05),在妊娠10周时,实验组和对照组的孕酮分别为140.03±28.53nmol/L和117.12±31.89nmol/L(P<0.05),组间差异显著。结论:补肾活血中药和阿司匹林肠溶片的联合药物疗法能有效治疗血栓前状态,降低流产概率,并提高保胎成功率。Objective:Explore the treatment plan and effect of recurrent miscarriage with pre thrombotic status,evaluate the clinical efficacy of tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation traditional Chinese medicine combined with aspirin,and analyze its mechanism of action.Method:Select a total of 80 patients who meet the requirements and randomly divide them into an experimental group and a control group.The patients in the experimental group took both kidney tonifying and blood activating traditional Chinese medicine and aspirin enteric coated tablets,while the patients in the control group only took aspirin enteric coated tablets.Result:There was no significant difference in baseline data between the experimental group and the control group.After treatment,the live yield of the experimental group and the control group were 90.0%and 72.5%respectively(P<0.05),the total effective rate was 92.5%and 27.5%respectively(P<0.05),and the time for activating partial thromboplastin was(31.43±3.66)s and(30.59±3.94)s respectively(P<0.05).At the 10th week of pregnancy,the progesterone levels in the experimental group and the control group were(140.03±28.53)nmol/L and(117.12±31.89)nmol/L,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination therapy of kidney tonifying and blood activating traditional Chinese medicine and aspirin enteric coated tablets can effectively treat the pre thrombotic state,reduce the probability of miscarriage,and improve the success rate of fetal protection.
