耳穴贴压联合穴位敷贴用于老年气虚型便秘患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备质量的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察耳穴贴压联合穴位敷贴用于老年气虚型便秘患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备质量的效果。方法:选取2021年10月~2022年10月成都中医药大学附属医院脾胃病科80例中医辨证分型为气虚型的老年住院便秘患者为研究对象。使用SPSS简单随机分组为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组给予常规肠道准备,观察组在常规肠道准备的基础上予耳穴贴压联合穴位敷贴。比较2组患者肠道准备清洁度评分、首次排便及末次排便时间、VAS评分、不良反应发生情况等。结果:观察组BBPS评分左半结肠、横结肠、BBPS总分高于对照组;观察组患者首次排便时间、末次排便时间均少于对照组;观察组患者VAS高于对照组;观察组恶心、腹痛发生率低于对照组;差异有统计学意义。两组患者在呕吐、腹胀的发生率上差异无统计学意义。结论:耳穴贴压联合穴位敷贴可提高老年气虚型便秘患者肠道准备清洁度、减少肠道准备时间、增加患者肠道准备舒适度,减少不良反应发生情况。Objective:To observe the effect of auricular acupressure combined with acupressure on the quality of bowel preparation before colonoscopy in elderly patients with constipation of qi deficiency type.Methods:Eighty cases of elderly hospitalized constipation patients with Chinese medicine identification and classification of qi deficiency type in the Department of Spleen and Stomach Diseases of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected for the study.They were simply randomized into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)using SPSS.The control group was given routine intestinal preparation,and the observation group was given auricular acupressure combined with acupoint compresses on the basis of routine intestinal preparation.Compare the cleanliness score of bowel preparation,time of the first and last bowel movement,VAS score,and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the 2 groups.Results:BBPS score of left hemicolon,transverse colon and total BBPS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the time of the first bowel movement and the time of the last bowel movement of the patients in the observation group were less than that of the control group;VAS of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the incidence of nausea and abdominal pain of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;the difference was statistically significant.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of vomiting and abdominal distension between the two groups.Conclusion:Auricular acupressure combined with acupressure can improve the cleanliness of intestinal preparation,reduce the time of intestinal preparation,increase the comfort of intestinal preparation of elderly patients with qi deficiency constipation,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
