黄连温胆汤联合耳穴治疗对脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察黄连温胆汤联合耳穴治疗脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎的疗效。方法选取90例慢性胃炎且符合中医胃痞病-脾胃湿热型患者,随机分为对照组、中药汤剂组、中药汤剂加耳穴组,各30例。3组常规给予雷贝拉唑治疗,中药汤剂组给予黄连温胆汤治疗,中药加耳穴组给予黄连温胆汤及耳穴治疗,比较3组的中医症候评分。结果3组患者治疗后中医症候评分比较,中药汤剂加耳穴组优于中药汤剂组及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),中药汤剂加耳穴组有效率高于中药汤剂组及对照组;3组治疗后四大类症状表现评分低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄连温胆汤联合耳穴治疗脾胃湿热型慢性胃炎能有效缓解相关症状。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Huanglian Wendan decoction combined with auricular points on chronic gastritis of spleen-stomach damp-heat type.Methods 90 patients with chronic gastritis were randomly divided into the control group(n=30),the decoction group(n=30)and the decoction plus auricular point group(n=30).The treatment group was treated with Huanglian Wendan decoction,the control group with Huanglian Wendan decoction and the treatment group with Huanglian Wendan decoction and auricular rabeprazole.Results The TCM symptom score of the three groups after treatment was better than that of the TCM decoction plus auricular point group and the control group(P<0.05),after treatment,the scores of four kinds of symptoms in the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Huanglian Wendan decoction combined with auricular points can effectively relieve the related symptoms of chronic gastritis of spleen-stomach damp-heat type.
