心房颤动患者射频消融术后心理特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析心房颤动患者射频消融术后焦虑抑郁情绪障碍。方法选取2020年6月至2024年3月本院行射频消融治疗心房颤动患者187例为治疗组,年龄46~77(56±8.2)岁,男109例,女78例,选择同期68例未行射频消融手术的心房颤动患者为对照组,分析比较两组在治疗组术后3~6月的汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分和汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评分及术后心房颤动复发患者(复发组)同对照组HAMA、HAMD得分情况。结果治疗组和较对照组HAMA、HAMD评分低,差异有统计学意义;复发组较对照组HAMA、HAMD评分高,差异具有统计学意义。结论射频消融术能有效改善心房颤动患者焦虑抑郁的情绪,但术后复发患者焦虑抑郁的情绪未改善,反而有加重趋势。Objective To analyze the anxiety and depression symptoms in patients with atrial fibrillation after radiofrequency ablation.Methods Select 187 patients with atrial fibrillation who underwent radiofrequency ablation in our hospital from June 2020 to March 2024 as the treatment group,aged 46-77(56±8.2)years,with 109 males and 78 females.Select 68 atrial fibrillation patients who did not undergo radiofrequency ablation surgery as the control group during the same period.Analyze and compare the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17)scores of the two groups from March to June,as well as the HAMA and HAMD scores of patients with atrial fibrillation recurrence after surgery(recurrence group)with the control group.Results The treatment group had lower HAMA and HAMD scores compared to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.The recurrence group had higher HAMA and HAMD scores than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients with atrial fibrillation,but the anxiety and depression of patients with postoperative recurrence did not improve,but showed an increasing trend.
