摘　　要：中医学认为,肺部结节属于“肺积”“癥瘕”“积聚”“痰核”“瘿瘤”范畴。目前,肺结节发病率呈上升趋势。北京市名老中医何明教授根据多年临床经验得出,脏腑功能失衡是肺部结节产生的根本原因,提出以“调、补、攻、消、散”五法为治则,以扶助正气、调补脏腑功能为基础,以活血化瘀、理气化痰、攻毒消积散结为治疗关键,根据患者不同病因和体质选择不同治法,灵活运用五法,为中医药治疗肺结节提供了新的诊疗思路。Traditional Chinese medicine believes that pulmonary nodules belong to the category of"lung accumulation","mass","accumulation","phlegm nucleus"and"gall tumor".At present,the incidence of pulmonary nodules is on the rise.According to many years of clinical experience,Professor He Ming,a famous old Chinese medicine doctor in Beijing,concluded that the imbalance of viscera function is the root cause of pulmonary nodules.The five methods of"regulating,supplementing,attacking,eliminating and dispersing"were put forward as the treatment principles,based on assisting the functions of healthy qi and regulating zang-fu organs,and the key of treatment was promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,regulating qi and eliminating phlegm,attacking poison and eliminating accumulation and dispersing.According to the different causes and physical conditions of patients,different treatment methods were selected and five methods were flexibly applied,which provided a new diagnosis and treatment idea for TCM treatment of pulmonary nodules.
