腕踝针联合中药热熨治疗脑外伤后头痛的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨腕踝针联合中药热熨治疗脑外伤后头痛的临床效果。方法:将泰州市姜堰中医院2021年12月—2023年3月收治的70例脑外伤头痛患者作为观察对象,采用抽签法进行分组,即试验组和参照组,各35例。参照组给予腕踝针治疗,试验组在参照组基础上给予中药热熨治疗。对比两组头痛持续时间、头痛发作频率、疼痛程度及治疗效果。结果:试验组头痛持续时间及头痛发作频率低于参照组(P<0.001)。治疗3 d、7 d后,两组疼痛评分均低于治疗前,且试验组低于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P=0.032)。结论:腕踝针联合中药热熨治疗脑外伤后头痛的临床效果较好,可以缩短患者头痛持续时间,降低头痛发作频率,减轻其疼痛程度。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot ironing on headache after traumatic brain injury.Methods:A total of seventy patients with head trauma and headache admitted to Taizhou Jiangyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the observation objects,and divided into experimental group and reference group with thirty-five cases in each group by drawing lots.The reference group was given wrist and ankle acupuncture treatment,and the experimental group was given Chinese medicine hot ironing treatment on the basis of the reference group.The duration of headache,frequency of headache,pain degree and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results:The duration and frequency of headache in experimental group were lower than those in reference group(P<0.001);after 3 and 7 days of treatment,the pain scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the reference group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of reference group(P=0.032).Conclusion:The clinical effect of wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine hot ironing on headache after traumatic brain injury is good,which can shorten the duration of headache,reduce the frequency of headache,and reduce the degree of pain.
