摘　　要：目的:探讨桂枝温肺化痰汤治疗呼吸道感染后咳嗽的临床效果。方法:选取2022年9月—2023年6月青岛酒店管理职业技术学院门诊部收治的呼吸道感染后咳嗽患者84例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各42例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予桂枝温肺化痰汤治疗。比较两组中医证候评分、症状消失时间、治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果:治疗前,两组咳嗽、咽痒、咳痰、哮鸣音评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组咳嗽、咽痒、咳痰、哮鸣音评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组咳嗽、咳痰、气急消失时间短于对照组(P<0.001)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.035)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:桂枝温肺化痰汤治疗呼吸道感染后咳嗽的效果较好,可缓解咳嗽症状,加速患者恢复,安全性较高。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Guizhi Wenfei Huatan decoction in treatment of cough after respiratory tract infection.Methods:A total of 84 patients with cough after respiratory tract infection who were admitted to the Outpatient Department of Qingdao Vocational and Technical College of Hotel Management from September 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment and the study group was given Guizhi Wenfei Huatan decoction on the basis of control group.The TCM syndrome scores,symptom resolution time,treatment effect and adverse reactions in two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of cough,throat itch,expectoration and wheezing sound between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of cough,throat itch,expectoration and wheezing sound in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,expectoration and shortness of breath in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.035).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Guizhi Wenfei Huatan decoction has good effects in the treatment of cough after respiratory tract infection,and can relieve cough symptom,facilitate the recovery of patients,and have high safety.
