摘　　要：目的:探讨加强外科换药室护理安全管理在防范院内感染中的应用效果。方法:选择2021年3月—2022年3月于肃南裕固族自治县人民医院外科换药室换药的60例患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。对照组实施常规管理,试验组在对照组基础上加强对外科换药室护理安全管理。比较两组换药合格率、感染发生率、换药室卫生合格率、护理满意度。结果:试验组换药合格率高于对照组,感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组空气质量、消毒液使用、手卫生及无菌包消毒合格率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度高于对照组(P=0.030)。结论:加强外科换药室护理安全管理在防范院内感染中的应用效果较好,能够提高换药合格率和护理满意度,降低患者感染发生率。Objective:To explore the application effect of strengthening nursing safety management in surgical medication changing room in preventing nosocomial infection.Methods:Sixty patients who changed medicines in the surgical medicine changing room of Yugu Autonomous County of Sunan People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the experimental group by the method of randomized numerical table,with thirty cases in each group.The control group implemented routine management,and the experimental group strengthened nursing safety management of the surgical medicine changing room on the basis of the control group.Comparison of the two groups of drug exchange qualified rate,infection incidence rate,drug exchange room hygiene qualified rate,nursing satisfaction.Results:The qualified rate of drug change in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of infection was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the qualified rate of air quality,use of disinfectant,hand hygiene and sterilization of sterile packs in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);and the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.030).Conclusion:The application of strengthening nursing safety management in surgical medicine changing room in preventing nosocomial infections is more effective,which can improve the qualified rate of medicine changing and nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of patient infection.
