摘　　要：目的:探讨优质护理服务理念在门诊患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1—6月南京医科大学附属南京医院南京市第一医院门诊部接诊的200例患者作为研究对象,通过抽签分组法分为观察组和对照组,各100例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行优质护理。比较两组护理满意度、不良事件发生率及挂号、检查、领药等待时间。结果:观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,不良事件总发生率低于对照组,挂号、检查、领药等待时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务理念在门诊患者护理工作中的应用显著,能够缩短患者挂号、检查、领药等待时间,降低护理不良事件发生率,提高护理满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of quality nursing service concept in outpatient care.Methods:Two hundred patients received in the Outpatient Department of Nanjing First Hospital,Nanjing Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University,from January to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group,one hundred cases each,through the grouping method of drawing lots.The control group carried out routine nursing care,and the observation group carried out quality nursing care.The two groups were compared in terms of nursing satisfaction,incidence of adverse events and waiting time for registration,examination and medication.Results:The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the total incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the control group,and the waiting time for registration,examination,and medication receipt was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the concept of quality nursing service in outpatient patient care is significant,which can shorten the waiting time for patients to register,check and receive medicine,reduce the incidence of adverse events in nursing,and improve nursing satisfaction.
