医院门诊护理工作特点及护理措施分析

摘　　要：门诊护理是医院护理工作中的重要组成部分,集医疗、预防、检测、康复为一体,如何全面提高门诊护理水平备受人们关注。作为医院的护理工作人员,应不断开展优质护理,加强门诊护理管理,全面提高门诊护理的工作质量。因此,该文结合门诊护理的工作特点,分析门诊护理工作存在的问题,并提出有效的改进措施,旨在进一步加强护理实践水平。Outpatient nursing is an important part of hospital nursing,integrating medical treatment,prevention,detection and rehabilitation,and how to comprehensively improve the level of outpatient nursing is of great concern.As the nursing staff of the hospital,they should continuously carry out quality care,strengthen the management of outpatient nursing,and comprehensively improve the work quality of outpatient nursing.Therefore,this article combines the work characteristics of outpatient nursing,analyzes the problems existing in outpatient nursing,and puts forward effective improvement measures,aiming to further strengthen the level of nursing practice.
