臭氧油联合黄光治疗面部皮炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析臭氧油联合黄光治疗面部皮炎的效果。方法:选取2022年10月—2023年12月佛山市南海区第四人民医院收治的70例面部皮炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为试验组(35例)和对照组(35例)。对照组给予黄光治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予臭氧油治疗。比较两组治疗效果、症状评分、不良反应发生情况。结果:试验组治疗有效率高于对照组(P=0.012)。治疗前,两组各项主观症状、客观症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组各项主观症状、客观症状评分低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P=0.024)。结论:臭氧油联合黄光治疗面部皮炎的效果显著,可以改善患者症状,降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To analyze the effect of ozone oil combined with yellow light in treatment of facial dermatitis.Methods:A total of 70 patients with facial dermatitis admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Nanhai District of Foshan City from October 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into experimental group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases).The control group was treated with yellow light,and the experimental group was treated with ozone oil on the basis of control group.The treatment effect,symptom scores,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.012).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of subjective symptoms and objective symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of subjective symptoms and objective symptoms in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.024).Conclusion:Ozone oil combined with yellow light has a significant effect in the treatment of facial dermatitis,and can ameliorate the symptoms of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
