摘 要:目的:探究重症支气管哮喘患者采用硫酸镁联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗的效果。方法:选取2018年5月—2023年5月宝鸡市眉县人民医院收治的重症支气管哮喘患者62例作为研究对象,随机分为参照组(31例)与试验组(31例)。参照组给予注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠,试验组在参照组基础上给予硫酸镁注射液。比较两组肺功能指标、血气指标、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)水平、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组第1秒呼气容积、用力肺活量、动脉血氧分压、血氧饱和度高于治疗前,且试验组高于参照组(P<0.05);两组动脉血二氧化碳分压低于治疗前,且试验组低于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CRP、FeNO水平低于治疗前,且试验组低于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗有效率高于参照组(P=0.023)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:硫酸镁联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗重症支气管哮喘的临床效果确切,一方面可以改善患者肺功能、血气相关指标,另一方面可减轻炎性反应,且用药安全性较高。Objective:Objective:Exploring the effect of treatment therapy with magnesium sulfate combined with methylprednisolone sodium succinate in patients with severe bronchial asthma.Methods:A total of 62 patients with severe bronchial asthma admited to Meixian People's Hospital of Baoji City from May 2018 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Randomly divided into the reference group(31 cases)and the experimental group(31 cases).The reference group was given methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injection,and the experimental group was given magnesium sulfate injection on the basis of the reference group.The pulmonary function indexes,blood gas indexes,C-reactive protein(CRP)level,fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)level,clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the lst second expiratory volume,exertion lung capacity,arterial oxygen partial pressure and blood oxygen saturation were higher than before treatment in both groups,the experimental group was higher than the reference group,the arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure was lower than before treatment in both groups,the experimental group was lower than the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP and FeNO in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(P>0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P=0.023).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of magnesium sulfate combined with methylprednisolone sodium succinate in the treatment of severe bronchial asthma is accurate,on the one hand,it can improve the lung function and blood gas related indexes of the patients,on the other hand,it can reduce inflammatory reaction,and the safety of the drug is high.
