摘　　要：富尼埃坏疽(Fournier坏疽)是以坏死性筋膜炎为病理表现的特殊感染性疾病,起病急骤,病情凶险,治疗难度大。该文分析1例Fournier坏疽患者的诊疗经过,将先进医疗技术与传统中医疗法相结合,快速清除病灶,启动修复,促进愈合。Fournier gangrene is a special infectious disease with necrotizing fasciitis as its pathological manifestation.This disease has a sudden onset,a dangerous condition,and is relatively difficult to treat.This article analyzes the diagnosis and treatment process of one patient with Fournier gangrene.The combination of advanced medical technology with traditional Chinese medicine therapy can quickly clear lesions,initiate repair,and promote healing.
