摘　　要：角膜溃疡为眼科常见危急重症,发展快,变化多,治疗困难。历代医家治疗时多从火热立论,选方也多偏寒凉。接传红教授分型论治角膜溃疡经验丰富,认为外感六淫侵袭目窍皆可发为本病,不可但见目赤肿痛等症,一味投以寒凉。临证需审证求因,辨证论治,方能效如桴鼓,免生他症。该文总结接传红教授从“外障非独火论”分型论治角膜溃疡的经验,为临床提供参考。Corneal ulcer is a common ophthalmologic emergency and severe disease,with rapid development,many changes and difficult treatment.In the past dynasties,the physicians often set up the theory of fire and heat,and selected prescriptions are often cold.Professor Jie Chuanhong is experienced in the classification of corneal ulcer treatment,and thinks that the disease can be caused by invasion of the eye orifices by exogenous pathogens,but the diseases such as conjunctival congestion and swelling pain cannot be seen,blindly take cold.In clinical treatment,it is necessary to check the syndrome and seek the cause,to treat according to syndrome differentiation,and to avoid other diseases.This article summarizes Professor Jie Chuanhong's experience in treating corneal ulcer according to the classification of"external obstacles and non-independent fire theory",so as to provide reference for clinical practice.
