自拟益肾健脾生血汤联合重组人促红素治疗慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者肾性贫血的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析自拟益肾健脾生血汤联合重组人促红素治疗慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者肾性贫血的效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年10月高邮市中医医院收治的维持性血液透析合并肾性贫血患者60例作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和联合组,每组30例。对照组给予重组人促红细胞生成素治疗,联合组在对照组基础上给予加用自拟益肾健脾生血汤治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组血红蛋白、血细胞比容、血清铁蛋白水平高于治疗前,且联合组高于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.023)。治疗后,两组重组人促红素注射液用量少于治疗前,且联合组少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟益肾健脾生血汤与重组人促红素联合使用治疗慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者肾性贫血的效果显著,可改善患者贫血症状,减少外源性促红细胞生成素的用量。Objective:To analyze the effect of self-prepared Yishen Jianpi Shengxue Decoction combined with recombinant human erythropoietin in the treatment of renal anemia in patients with chronic renal failure maintenance hemodialysis.Methods:Sixty patients with maintenance hemodialysis combined with renal anemia admitted to Gaoyou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and combination group,with thirty patients in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human erythropoietin,and the combination group was treated with self-prepared Yishen Jianpi Shengxue Decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of hemoglobin,hematocrit and serum ferritin in 2 groups were higher than before treatment,and the combination group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of combination group was higher than that of control group(P=0.023);after treatment,the dosage of recombinant human erythropoietin injection in two groups was lower than before treatment,and the combination group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of self-prepared Yishen Jianpi Shengxue Decoction and recombinant human erythropoietin can improve the symptoms of anemia and reduce the amount of exogenous erythropoietin in patients with chronic renal failure.
