摘　　要：目的:分析血管生成素-1、基质金属蛋白酶-11(MMP-11)在冠心病合并糖尿病患者中的表达。方法:选取2019年5月—2023年5月昌邑市人民医院收治的冠心病患者36例作为对照组,选取同期治疗的冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者44例作为试验组。检测患者血糖、血管生成素-1、MMP-11水平,比较两组血管生成素-1、MMP-11、空腹血糖水平,比较试验组不同血糖水平患者血管生成素-1、MMP-11水平,分析血管生成素-1、MMP-11与血糖水平的相关性。结果:试验组血管生成素-1水平低于对照组,MMP-11、空腹血糖水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。血糖水平≥8 mmol/L者血管生成素-1水平低于血糖水平<8 mmol/L,MMP-11水平高于血糖水平<8 mmol/L(P<0.05)。血管生成素-1水平与MMP-11水平、血糖水平呈负相关(r=-0.338、-0.314,P=0.013、0.019),MMP-11水平与血糖水平呈正相关(P=0.015)。结论:冠心病合并糖尿病患者血清中血管生成素-1、MMP-11表达异常,且血管生成素-1水平与MMP-11水平、血糖水平呈负相关,MMP-11水平与血糖水平呈正相关,这为冠心病合并糖尿病的预防、诊断和预后评估等提供了新的研究方向。Objective:To analyze the expressions of angiopoietin-1 and matrix metalloproteinase-11(MMP-11)in patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes.Methods:Thirty-six patients with CHD treated in Changyi People's Hospital from May 2019 to May 2023 were selected as the control group,and forty-four patients with CHD combined with type 2 diabetes treated during the same period were selected as the experimental group.Blood glucose,angiopoietin-1 and MMP-11 levels were detected.The levels of angiopoietin-1,MMP-11 and fasting blood glucose were compared between the two groups.The levels of angiopoietin-1 and MMP-11 in patients with different blood glucose levels were compared.The correlation between angiopoietin-1,MMP-11 and blood glucose level was analyzed.Results:The angiopoietin-1 level of experimental group was lower than that of control group,and the MMP-11 and fasting blood glucose levels of experimental group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05);the level of angiopoietin-1 in patients with blood glucose level≥8 mmol/L was lower than that of blood glucose level<8 mmol/L,and the level of MMP-11 was higher than that of blood glucose level<8 mmol/L(P<0.05);angiopoietin-1 level was negatively correlated with MMP-11 level and blood glucose level(r=-0.338,-0.314;P=0.013,0.019),and MMP-11 level was positively correlated with blood glucose level(P=0.015).Conclusion:The expression of angiopoietin-1 and MMP-11 in serum of CHD patients with diabetes mellitus is abnormal,and the level of angiopoietin-1 is negatively correlated with the level of MMP-11 and the level of blood glucose,while the level of MMP-11 is positively correlated with the level of blood glucose,which provides a new research direction for the prevention,diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of CHD patients with diabetes mellitus.
