叙事护理在急诊留观患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析叙事护理在急诊留观患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月无锡市人民医院急诊留观室收治的118例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为常规组和试验组,各59例。常规组实施常规护理,试验组实施叙事护理。比较两组心理韧性、生活质量、护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组坚韧、乐观、自强评分高于护理前,且试验组高于常规组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组生理、心理、社会关系、环境评分高于护理前,且试验组高于常规组(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度高于常规组(P=0.006)。结论:叙事护理在急诊留观患者中的应用效果较好,能够提高患者心理韧性、生活质量及护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of narrative nursing in emergency observation patients.Methods:A total of 118 patients admitted to the Emergency Observation Room of Wuxi People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into conventional group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 59 cases in each group.The conventional group implemented conventional nursing.The experimental group imple⁃mented narrative nursing.The psychological resilience,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of tenacity,optimism and self-improvement in the two groups were higher than those before nurs⁃ing,and the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After nursing,the physiol⁃ogy,psychology,society and environment scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the ex⁃perimental group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group(P=0.006).Conclusion:The application effect of narrative nursing in emergency ob⁃servation patients is better,which can improve the psychological resilience,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
