摘　　要：目的:分析针对性护理在胃癌化疗患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年8月—2023年8月于徐州市中心医院化疗的胃癌患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施针对性护理。比较两组护理满意度、心理状态、生活质量。结果:研究组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。护理前,两组焦虑、抑郁、生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,两组生活质量评分高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理在胃癌化疗患者护理中的应用效果显著,可改善患者负面情绪,提高生活质量和护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of targeted nursing care in the nursing of patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 80 patients with gastric cancer who underwent chemotherapy in Xuzhou Central Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing care,and the study group was given targeted nursing care.Nursing satisfaction,mental state,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The total nursing satisfaction degree in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of anxiety,depression and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the quality of life scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of targeted nursing care in the nursing of patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy has a significant effect,and can alleviate patients'negative emotions,improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree.
