早期康复护理在脑梗死患者护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析早期康复护理在脑梗死患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年9月—2021年9月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的88例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为常规组与早期组,各44例。常规组实施常规护理,早期组实施早期康复护理。比较两组致残率、神经缺损程度、日常生活活动能力。结果:早期组致残率低于常规组(P=0.015)。护理前,两组神经缺损程度、日常生活活动能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组神经缺损程度、日常生活活动能力评分低于护理前,且早期组低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:早期康复护理在脑梗死患者护理中的应用效果显著,可降低致残率,改善患者神经功能,提高日常生活活动能力。Objective:To analyze the application effect of early rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 88 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into conventional group and early group,with 44 cases in each group.The conventional group implemented conventional nursing care and the early group implemented early rehabilitation nursing care.The disability rate,degree of neurological deficit and activities of daily living were compared between the two groups.Results:The disability rate in the early group was lower than that in the conventional group(P=0.015).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the degree of neurological deficit and activities of daily living between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of degree of neurological deficit and activities of daily living in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the early group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of early rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of patients with cerebral infarction has a significant effect,and can reduce the disability rate,improve the neurological function of patients,and enhance the activities of daily living.
