个性化疼痛护理在断指再植术后患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析个性化疼痛护理在断指再植术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月于甘肃省中医院行断指再植术的患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施个性化疼痛护理。比较两组疼痛程度、血管危象发生情况、手指关节自主活动度、护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组疼痛评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组血管危象发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.027)。随访3个月后,两组手指关节自主活动度评分高于术后1 d,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组(P=0.023)。结论:个性化疼痛护理在断指再植术后患者中的应用效果显著,可以缓解患者疼痛,降低血管危象发生率,促进手指关节功能恢复,提高护理满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of personalized pain nursing in patients after replantation of amputated finger.Methods:A total of 120 patients who underwent the replantation of amputated finger in Gansu Provincial Hospital of TCM from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the observation group implemented personalized pain nursing on the basis of the control group.The degree of pain,occurrence of vascular crisis,voluntary range of motion of finger joints and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results:After nursing,the pain scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).The incidence of vascular crisis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027).After 3 months of follow-up,the scores of voluntary range of motion of finger joints in the two groups were higher than those on 1 d after surgery,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.023).Conclusion:The application of personalized pain nursing in patients after replantation of amputated finger has a significant effect,and can relieve patients'pain,reduce the incidence of vascular crisis,promote the recovery of finger joint function,and improve nursing satisfaction.
