妊娠糖尿病产妇分娩的新生儿应用早期护理的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析早期护理在妊娠糖尿病产妇分娩的新生儿护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年10月—2023年5月盐城市阜宁县人民医院收治的妊娠糖尿病产妇分娩的新生儿60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(实施常规护理)和观察组(在对照组基础上实施早期护理),各30例。比较两组血糖水平、低血糖发生情况、Apgar评分。结果:出生6、12、24 h后,观察组血糖水平高于对照组,低血糖发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组新生儿出生1、3、5 min Apgar评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:早期护理在妊娠糖尿病产妇分娩的新生儿护理中的应用效果显著,可以稳定新生儿血糖水平,降低低血糖发生率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of early nursing in the nursing of neonates delivered by gestational diabetes mellitus parturient.Methods:A total of 60 neonates delivered by gestational diabetes mellitus parturient admitted to Funing County People's Hospital in Yancheng City from October 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Randomly divided into the control group(implementation of routine care)and the observation group(implementation of early care on the basis of the control group),30 cases in each group.The blood glucose level,the occurrence of hypoglycemia and Apgar score were compared between two groups.Results:At 6 h,12 h and 24 h afterbirth,the blood glucose levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Apgar score between the two groups at 1 min,3 min and 5 min after birth(P>0.05).Conclusion:Early nursing has significant application effects in the nursing of neonates delivered by gestational diabetes mellitus parturient,and can stabilize the neonatal blood glucose levels and reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.
