品管圈活动在胃肠道肿瘤患者术后早期下床活动管理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析品管圈活动在胃肠道肿瘤患者术后早期下床活动管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2022年9月于南京医科大学附属无锡人民医院行手术治疗的胃肠道肿瘤患者112例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各56例。对照组实施常规护理管理,研究组在对照组基础上实施品管圈活动。比较两组管理效果。结果:研究组术后24 h内下床、床头抬高30°~60°、床边端坐3 min、床边站立1~3 min、行走距离≥100 m评分均高于对照组(P<0.001)。研究组术后早期下床活动执行规范率高于对照组(P=0.018)。研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.026)。结论:品管圈活动在胃肠道肿瘤患者术后早期下床活动管理中的应用效果显著,能够促进患者术后早期下床活动规范执行,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of quality control circle activities in postoperative early ambulation management of gastrointestinal tumor patients.Methods:A total of 112 patients with gastrointestinal tumor who underwent surgical treatment in Wuxi People's Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from February 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 56 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing management,and the study group implemented quality control circle activities on the basis of the control group.The management effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of ambulation within 24 h postoperatively,elevating the bed head by 30°-60°,bedside sitting for 3 min,bedside standing for 1-3 min,and walking distance≥100 m in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).The standardized implementation rate of postoperative early ambulation in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.018).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.026).Conclusion:The application of quality control circle activity in postoperative early ambulation management of gastrointestinal tumor patients has significant effects,and can promote the standardized implementation of postoperative early ambulation and reduce the incidence of complications.
