规范性急诊绿色救治护理在脑卒中患者急救护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析规范性急诊绿色救治护理在脑卒中患者急救护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2024年4月江阴市人民医院急诊科收治的脑卒中患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组实施常规脑卒中急救护理,研究组实施规范性急诊绿色通道救治护理。比较两组急救关键环节耗时、神经功能损伤、并发症发生情况。结果:研究组急诊分诊、医师到位、静脉开通、急诊至影像检查、影像检查、检验结果回报等环节耗时均短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组神经功能损伤评分低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.001)。研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.023)。结论:规范性急诊绿色救治护理在脑卒中患者急救护理中的应用效果显著,可缩短急救关键环节耗时,减轻患者神经功能损伤,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of standardized emergency green rescue nursing in emergency care of stroke patients.Methods:From May 2022 to April 2024,a total of 80 stroke patients admitted to the Emergency Department of Jiangyin People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and study group using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine emergency care and the study group received standardized emergency green channel rescue nursing.The time spent on key emergency procedures,neurological impairment and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The time of emergency triage,physician arrival,venous access,from emergency to imaging examination,imaging examination,and return of test results in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of neurological impairment in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.023).Conclusion:Standardized emergency green rescue nursing has significant effects in emergency care of stroke patients,and can shorten the time spent on key emergency procedures,relieve neurological impairment and reduce the incidence of complications.
