时距式松弛护理在初产妇硬膜外自控镇痛分娩过程中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析时距式松弛护理在初产妇硬膜外自控镇痛分娩过程中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年2月—2023年2月于无锡市人民医院行硬膜外自控镇痛分娩的初产妇120例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为常规组和试验组,各60例。常规组实施标准化产科护理,试验组在常规组基础上实施时距式松弛护理。比较两组疼痛情况、产程时间、分娩方式、产后24 h出血量。结果:宫口开至3 cm时,两组疼痛评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);宫口开至6 cm和宫口全开时,试验组疼痛评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程及总产程时间均短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组阴道分娩率高于常规组,产后24 h出血量少于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:时距式松弛护理在初产妇硬膜外自控镇痛分娩过程中的应用效果显著,可缓解产妇疼痛,缩短产程时间,提高阴道分娩率,减少产后出血量。Objective:To analyze the application effect of time-interval relaxation care in epidural patient-controlled analgesia delivery process of primiparous women.Methods:A total of 120 primiparous women who underwent epidural patient-controlled analgesia delivery in Wuxi People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the conventional group and the experimental group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The conventional group implemented standardized obstetric care,and the experimental group implemented time-interval relaxation care on the basis of the conventional group.The pain,labor duration,mode of delivery,and blood loss at 24 h postpartum were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups when the cervix was dilated to 3 cm(P>0.05).When the cervix was dilated to 6 cm and was fully dilated,the pain score in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of the first,second,third and total stages of labor in the experimental group were shorter than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of vaginal delivery in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the blood loss at 24 h postpartum in the experimental group was less than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of time-interval relaxation care in epidural patient-controlled analgesia delivery process of primiparous women has significant effects,and can relieve maternal pain,shorten labor duration,increase the rate of vaginal delivery,and reduce postpartum bleeding.
