Pender健康促进护理在急性胰腺炎急诊留观患者护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析Pender健康促进护理在急性胰腺炎急诊留观患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月无锡市人民医院收治的80例急性胰腺炎急诊留观患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)与试验组(n=40)。对照组实施常规健康宣教,试验组实施Pender健康促进护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组健康行为能力、自我管理能力评分高于护理前,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组腹痛消退时间、腹胀消退时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、排便恢复时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.001)。试验组护理总满意度高于对照组(P=0.025)。结论:Pender健康促进护理在急性胰腺炎急诊留观患者护理中的应用效果显著,可以改善患者健康行为能力,提高患者自护能力及护理满意度,加速康复。Objective:To analyze the application effect of Pender health promotion nursing in the nursing of emergency observation patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods:A total of 80 emergency observation patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to Wuxi People's Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group(n=40)and an experimental group(n=40)using a random number table method.The control group implemented routine health education and the experimental group implemented Pender health promotion nursing.The nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of health behavior ability and self-management ability in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The abdominal pain disappearance time,abdominal distention disappearance time,bowel sound recovery time and defecation recovery time in the experimental group were earlier than those in the control group,and the hospital stay in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.001).The total satisfaction with nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.025).Conclusion:The application of Pender health promotion nursing in the nursing of emergency observation patients with acute pancreatitis has significant effects,and can improve patients'health behavior ability,improve patients'self-care ability and nursing satisfaction,and accelerate recovery.
