蓝芩口服液联合头孢呋辛酯治疗小儿急性细菌性上呼吸道感染的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探究蓝芩口服液联合头孢呋辛酯治疗小儿急性细菌性上呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法 选取2022年6月至2023年5月于新乡市妇幼保健院就诊的328例急性细菌性上呼吸道感染患者为研究对象,采用抽签法将其随机分为观察组(164例)与对照组(164例)。对照组接受头孢呋辛酯治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上接受蓝芩口服液联合头孢呋辛酯治疗,两组患者均持续用药5 d,治疗后比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状消退时间(发热、脓涕、咽喉肿痛、咳嗽)、白细胞计数(WBC)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组的总有效率(95.12%)高于对照组(88.41%)(P<0.05)。观察组的发热、脓涕、咽喉肿痛、咳嗽临床症状消退时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前CRP、WBC水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后第5天CRP、WBC水平降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 蓝芩口服液联合头孢呋辛酯治疗小儿急性细菌性上呼吸道感染具有较好的临床效果,缩短患者临床症状的消退时间,临床推广价值较高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Lanqin oral liquid combined with cefuroxime axetil in the treatment of acute bacterial upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods A total of 328 patients with acute bacterial upper respiratory tract infection who visited Xinxiang City Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group(164 cases)and control group(164 cases)by lottery.The control group was treated with cefuroxime axetil and the observation group was treated with Lanqin oral liquid combined with cefuroxime axetil,and both groups continued to use the drug for 5 days.The clinical efficacy,symptom resolution time(fever,purulent discharge,sore throat,cough)and the levels of white blood cell count(WBC)and C-reactive protein(CRP)and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.12%)was higher than that of the control group(88.41%)(P<0.05).The resolution time of clinical symptoms such as fever,purulent discharge,sore throat and cough in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the levels of CRP and WBC between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).On the fifth day after treatment,the levels of CRP and WBC decreased(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Lanqin oral liquid combined with cefuroxime axetil has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of acute bacterial upper respiratory tract infection in children,can shorten the regression time of clinical symptoms of patients,and has high clinical promotion value.
