多元化管理模式提高结肠镜检查患者肠道准备质量的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨多元化管理模式在结肠镜检查肠道准备的应用效果。方法选取2021年10月至2022年3月在该院消化内科行结肠镜检查的住院患者100例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施多元化管理模式护理,比较两组患者的波士顿肠道准备量表(BBPS)评分、肠道准备合格率、肠道准备知识知晓率及患者护理服务满意度评分。结果观察组患者的BBPS评分(7.10±0.99)分,明显高于对照组的(6.08±1.00)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.095,P<0.001)。观察组肠道准备合格率(92%,46/50)也明显高于对照组(76%,38/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.556,P=0.018)。观察组患者肠道准备知识知晓率、护理服务满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施多元化管理模式能有效提升结肠镜检查患者肠道准备清洁度,提高肠道准备质量和患者护理服务满意度,有利于改善患者的诊疗效果。Objective To investigate the application effect of diversified management models for bowel preparation in colonoscopic examination.Methods A total of 100 inpatients with colonoscopic examination in the gastroenterology department of this hospital from October 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and observation group by adopting the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine nursing and the observation group implemented the diversified management model nursing.The Boston bowel preparation scale(BBPS)score,intestinal preparation qualification rate,awareness of intestinal tract preparation knowledge and patients satisfaction on the nursing service were compared between the two groups.Results The BBPS score in the observation group was(7.10±0.99)points,which was significantly higher than(6.08±1.00)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.095,P<0.001).The intestinal preparation qualification rate in the observation group was also significantly higher than that in the control group[92%(46/50)vs.76%(38/50)]and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.556,P=0.018).The awareness rate of intestinal tract preparation knowledge and nursing service satisfaction score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing the diversified management model can effectively increase the cleanliness of intestinal tract preparation,improve the quality of intestinal tract preparation and patients satisfaction on the nursing service and is conducive to improve the diagnosis and treatment effects of the patients.
