摘　　要：印度为了推进国防现代化、增强自身军事实力及应对各种安全挑战,积极推动军事领域的人工智能化改革。近年来,印度先后发布一系列战略文件及其实施方案,成立以发展人工智能为核心任务的组织机构和管理系统,加大对军事领域人工智能的研发投入,加强与伙伴国家在人工智能领域的深度合作,构建智能化军事情报系统,以推动人工智能的军事化应用。印度在军事领域的人工智能化改革,就自身而言,可有效提升其军事实力和国际影响力;就地区而言,将加剧区域安全竞争与新的安全困境;就全球而言,必然增加国际社会对军事领域人工智能化的关注,助推战争向“智能化”形态转变的进程。基于与印度的复杂关系,中国应密切关注其军事领域人工智能化的发展情况,不断提升自身应对能力。To promote the modernization of national defense,enhance its military strength and cope with various security challenges,India has actively boosted the reform on AI application in the military field.In recent years,India has issued a series of strategic documents and their implementation plans,established an organizational structure and management system with the development of AI as their core task,increased investment in the research and development of AI in the military field,strengthened its deep cooperation with partner countries in the field of AI,and built an intelligent military intelligence system to promote the militarized application of AI.India’s AI reform in the military field,in its own,can effectively enhance its military strength and international influence.Regionally,it will intensify regional security competition and give rise to new security dilemma.Globally,it will inevitably increase the international community’s attention to AI application in the military field,and boost the process of transforming war into an“intelligent”form.Given its complex relationship with India,China should pay close attention to the development of AI application in India’s military and continuously improve its own response capabilities.
