摘  要:为了获得优质的Gd-Fe中间合金,以LiF-GdF_(3)电解质为研究对象,进行了初晶温度、密度、黏度以及氧化钆在电解质中溶解行为等研究。研究发现,初晶温度随LiF含量的增加而降低,是因为GdF_(3)与LiF发生络合作用生成LiGdF_(4)放热导致;电解质黏度随LiF含量的增加而减小;温度一定时,电解质的密度随GdF 3含量的升高而增大;当电解质配成一定时,密度随着温度的升高而减小;制备的Gd-Fe中间合金产品主要由Gd和GdFe 2组成,且成分均匀。In order to obtain high quality Gd-Fe intermediate alloy,the initial crystal temperature,density,viscosity and dissolution behavior of gadolinium oxide in the electrolyte of LiF-GdF_(3)were studied.It was found that the initial crystal temperature decreased with the increase of LiF content,which was caused by the complexation of GdF_(3)and LiF to generate LiGdF_(4)heat release.The electrolyte viscosity decreases with the increase of LiF content.At the specified temperature,the electrolyte density increases with the increase of GdF_(3)content.When the electrolyte is matched,the density decreases with the increase of temperature.The prepared Gd-Fe intermediate alloy products are mainly composed of Gd and GdFe_(2),and the composition is uniform.
