摘 要:涂层钛阳极是一种性能优异的电极,在锌电积中有很好的应用前景。采用热分解法制备阳极涂层,并使用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、循环伏安曲线、线性扫描伏安法测试、交流阻抗测试、寿命测试和锌电积等方法对涂层钛阳极进行测试表征,探究了Ir、Ru、Mn对阳极涂层形貌结构、电化学性能、耐腐蚀性及锌电积电流效率的影响。结果表明:几种氧化物的催化活性由大到小依次为IrO_(2)>RuO_(2)>β-MnO_(2),IrO_(2)、RuO_(2)、MnO_(2)可形成金属氧化物固溶体,改善涂层形貌,提高涂层稳定性和寿命。Ti/IrO_(2)-RuO_(2)-MnO_(2)阳极强化电解寿命为108 h,锌电积电流效率可达91.35%,具有很好的稳定性和电化学性能。Coated titanium anode is a high-performance electrode with great application prospects in zinc electrodeposition.Anode coating was prepared by thermal decomposition method.Coated titanium anodes were characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),cyclic voltammetry(CV),linear scanning voltammetry(LSV),alternating current impedance testing(EIS),lifetime testing,and zinc electrodeposition.The effects of Ir,Ru,and Mn on the morphology,electrochemical performance,corrosion resistance,and current efficiency of zinc electrodeposition of anodic coatings were explored.The results show that the catalytic activity of several oxides decreases in the following order:IrO_(2)>RuO_(2)>β-MnO_(2),IrO_(2),RuO_(2),and MnO_(2) can form metal oxide solid solutions,improving coating morphology,enhancing coating stability and lifespan.The anode with Ti/IrO_(2)-RuO_(2)-MnO_(2) coating has an enhanced electrolysis life of 108 h,and the current efficiency of zinc electrodeposition can reach 91.35%,with good stability and electrochemical performance.
