摘 要:随着新能源汽车在物流行业的广泛应用,充电过程中火灾隐患逐渐成为关注的焦点。为提高企业物流园区的消防安全水平,本文设计并实现了一种新能源车充电位灭火装置,该装置包括火灾监测系统、控制系统和喷淋灭火系统,集成了剩余电流监测、温度监测、烟雾检测等多种传感器,能够实时监控充电过程中的异常情况。一旦检测到火灾隐患,系统会自动断电并启动喷淋装置,喷淋头精准定位迅速覆盖火源,进行有效灭火。With the wide application of new energy vehicles in the logistics industry,the fire hazards in the charging process have gradually become the focus of attention.In order to improve the fire safety level of enter-prise logistics park,this study designs and realizes a charging position fire extinguishing device of new energy vehicle.The device includes fire monitoring system,control system and spray fire extinguishing system.It inte-grates various sensors such as residual current monitoring,temperature monitoring and smoke detection,which can monitor the abnormal conditions in the charging process in real time.Once a fire hazard is detected,the sys-tem will automatically cut off the power and start the sprinkler device,and cover the fire source quickly through the accurately positioned sprinkler head to effectively put out the fire.
