摘 要:汽车方向盘是车辆安全性和驾驶体验的关键因素。其设计需综合考虑结构、材料和功能等方面,遵循人体工程学原理。方向盘的操控性能与行车安全密切相关,高灵敏度和稳定性能有助于避免交通事故。安全测试对提升操控性能起重要作用,包括碰撞安全、耐久性和防滑性能等测试。本文提出提升方向盘性能和安全性的建议,包括优化设计、应用先进材料、采用科学测试方法和进行综合性能优化。The steering wheel is a key factor in vehicle safety and driving experience.Its design must compre-hensively consider aspects such as structure,materials,and functionality,adhering to ergonomic principles.The control performance of the steering wheel is closely related to driving safety;high sensitivity and stability help prevent traffic accidents.Safety tests play an important role in improving control performance,including tests for crash safety,durability,and anti-slip performance.This paper proposes recommendations for enhancing steering wheel performance and safety include optimizing design,using advanced materials,employing scien-tific testing methods,and conducting comprehensive performance optimization.
