摘 要:汽车气体发生器壳体是安全气囊的核心部件,用于保护和容纳气体发生器,确保敏感的气体发生器免受诸如灰尘、湿度和机械冲击等外部环境的损害,同时将气体发生器固定在汽车内的预定位置,确保在发生碰撞时能够准确及时地工作。汽车气体发生器壳体不仅关系单个部件的性能,也关系整个车辆安全系统的效率和可靠性。本研究探讨了气体发生器壳体的设计、材料、制造、性能等多维度内容,分析了其发展趋势,以提高汽车安全性。The automotive inflator housing is the core component of the airbag and is used to protect and contain the inflator,ensuring that the sensitive inflator is protected from external environments such as dust,humidity and mechanical shocks,as well as securing the inflator in a predetermined location within the vehicle to ensure accurate and timely operation in the event of a collision.The automotive inflator housing is not only related to the performance of individual components,but also to the efficiency and reliability of the entire vehicle safety system.This study examines the multi-dimensional contents of the design,materials,manufacturing,and perfor-mance of inflator housings,and analyzes their development trends in order to improve automotive safety.
