摘　　要：本文针对公司某车型开发时仪表板侧风窗出现上层叶片与风窗装饰条间隙过大影响外观品质问题展开研究,分析各种可能造成零件故障的原因,对各因素逐一检验排查,最终确认问题要因,提出解决方案,并加以实施。经验证效果后,确认风窗叶片和装饰条间隙问题得以成功解决。This paper focuses on the development of a model of the company's instrument panel side windshield appeared on the upper blades and windshield decorative strip gap is too large to affect the appearance of the quality of the problem to carry out research,analyze the various reasons that may have caused the failure of the parts,the factors of one by one inspection and investigation,and ultimately to confirm the main causes of the problem,put forward a solution,and to implement it.After verifying the effect,it was confirmed that the prob-lem of the gap between the windshield blades and the decorative strip was successfully solved.
