摘 要:动力电池是电动汽车的能量来源,决定了车辆的寿命、安全性与经济性,因此其电池管理系统(Battery Management System,BMS)至关重要。BMS以电池为核心,对电池的状态进行实时监测和管理,并为动力电池提供充电、放电和均衡控制等功能。BMS与整车控制器(Vehicle Control Unit,VCU)一起实现整车的动力传动系统控制,以确保整车的安全性、可靠性和经济性。本文分析了电驱动重型汽车动力电池管理系统的关键技术。Power battery is the energy source of electric vehicles,which determines the life,safety and economy of the vehicle,so its Battery Management System(BMS)is crucial.BMS takes the battery as the core,monitors and manages the state of the battery in real time and provides charging,discharging and equalization control for the power battery,etc.The BMS,together with Vehicle Control Unit(VCU),realizes the powertrain control of the whole vehicle to ensure the safety,reliability and economy of the whole vehicle.Vehicle Control Unit(VCU)together to realize the powertrain control of the whole vehicle to ensure the safety,reliability and economy of the whole vehicle.This paper analyzes the key technologies of power battery management system forelectric-driven heavy-dutyvehicles.
