摘 要:本文结合德国大众某车型项目顶盖激光钎焊实例,分析顶盖激光钎焊焊接参数与焊接质量的关系,研究高速激光焊接参数的实际应用,构建了高速激光焊接参数与质量之间的相关性模型,在焊接功率与送丝速度常规参数基础上总结了保护气体流量、热丝电流、焊接离焦量三项参数对焊接质量的影响,为制定优化策略提供了理论基础。应用此模型,在95 mm/s的高速激光焊焊接实例中有效提升焊接质量稳定性。This paper combines a German Volkswagen model project roof laser brazing examples,analysis of roof laser brazing welding parameters and welding quality of the relationship between the practical application of high-speed laser welding parameters,constructed a high-speed laser welding parameters and quality of the correlation between the model,in the welding power and wire feeding speed on the basis of the conventional parameters summarized in the shielding gas flow,the hot wire current,weld the amount of out-of-focus welding parameters of the three parameters of the quality of the weld.On the basis of conventional parameters of weld-ing power and wire feeding speed,the influence of shielding gas flow,hot wire current and weld defocusing amount on weld quality is summarized,which provides a theoretical basis for the development of optimization strategies.95 mm/s high-speed laser welding application of this model effectively improves the stability of weldingquality.
