摘 要:随着国内新能源产业链的不断完善,重型商用车企业在电动化方向积极布局,产品范围从运输货车逐步扩展到作业类专用车,如纯电动汽车起重机和混合动力汽车起重机,为解决新能源汽车起重机在EMC实验室无法上底盘测功机测试的困难,探索一种新的测试方法,测试方案采用5种测试车速进行对比测试,通过分析天线测试数据和车辆自身监控数据,发现采用轮轴支架的方法测试结果低于在测功机上测试的结果,且随着测试速度增加,偏离结果越大。With the continuous improvement of the new energy industry chain,heavy-duty electric vehicle com-panies are actively expanding in the direction of electrification,including some special operation vehicles,such as pure electric vehicle helicopters and hybrid vehicle helicopters.In order to solve the problem of laboratory new energy vehicle helicopters in EMC The problem cannot be solved by the difficulty of molding dynamom-eter testing.A new testing method was explored.The test plan used 5 test vehicle speeds for comparative test-ing.By analyzing the antenna test data and the vehicle's own monitoring data,it was found that the test results using the wheel axle bracket method were low.Based on the results tested on the dynamometer,and as the test speed increases,the results increase.
