摘　　要：本文主要叙述了730E卡车在运行过程中出现的由于发动机冷却风扇驱动系统异常而引发的发动机冷却系统故障,然后从发动机冷却风扇驱动系统的组成、工作模式及其工作原理入手,采取发动机关闭情况下初步检查、风扇离合器脱开检查、风扇离合器锁闭检查、热传感器/电磁阀检查以及定期进行风扇驱动系统保养等方法,对故障状态产生的原因、迹象及具体故障排除方法进行总结,及时找到对应故障点,不断提升检修效率,从而保障设备安全可靠运行。This paper mainly describes the engine cooling system caused by the engine cooling fan driving sys-tem during the operation of the 730E truck during operation,and then start with the composition,working mode and working principle of the engine cooling fan driving system.Under the circumstances,preliminary inspec-tion,fan clutch off inspection,fan clutch lock inspection,thermal sensor/solenoid valve inspection,and regular fan driving system maintenance and other methods to summarize,timely find the corresponding failure point,and continuously improve the maintenance efficiency,thereby ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
