摘 要:通过分析传统计算机辅助工艺规划的不足,提出在现有的挤压铸造计算机辅助工艺规划系统中融入数字孪生技术,以提高计算机辅助工艺规划系统工艺设计的纵深度和实时性。对铸造加工过程中的数据感知与建模进行分析,设计基于数字孪生的挤压铸造计算机辅助工艺规划系统,并以汽车转向节的挤压铸造为例,对数字孪生工艺过程进行介绍。基于数字孪生的挤压铸造计算机辅助工艺规划系统能够有效节省资源,提高工艺生成效率,起到降本增效作用。By analyzing the shortcoming of traditional computer-aided process planning,it was proposed to integrate digital twin technology into the existing computer-aided process planning system of extrusion casting,so as to improve the depth and real-time performance of the process design of computer-aided process planning system.The data perception and modeling in the casting process were analyzed,and the computer-aided process planning system of squeeze casting based on digital twin was designed,and the digital twin process was introduced by taking the squeeze casting of automobile knuckle as an example.The computer-aided process planning system of squeeze casting based on digital twin can effectively save resource,improve process generation efficiency,and play a role in reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
