摘  要:表层残余应力是衡量表面质量的重要指标之一。为了提高TC4钛合金的表面性能,应用DEFORM-3D软件对TC4钛合金进行超声滚压仿真,分析不同工艺参数下表层残余应力的变化规律。分析结果表明,TC4钛合金表面形成约700μm厚的残余压应力层,残余压应力峰值达到610 MPa。随着进给量的增大,残余压应力先增大后减小。随着静压力和振幅的增大,残余压应力呈现增大的趋势,并且残余压应力层厚度增大。通过建立回归模型,得到最佳工艺参数组合,对TC4钛合金超声滚压工艺的实施具有参考价值。Surface residual stress is one of the important indicators to measure surface quality.In order to improve the surface property of TC4 titanium alloy,DEFORM-3D software was used to simulate the ultrasonic rolling of TC4 titanium alloy,and the variation law of surface residual stress under different process parameters was analyzed.The analysis result shows that a residual compressive stress layer with a thickness of about 700μm is formed on the surface of TC4 titanium alloy,and the peak residual compressive stress reaches 610 MPa.With the increase of feed,the residual compressive stress first increases and then decreases.With the increase of static pressure and amplitude,the residual compressive stress shows an increasing trend,and the thickness of the residual compressive stress layer increases.By establishing the regression model,the optimal combination of process parameters was obtained,which has reference value for the implementation of ultrasonic rolling process of TC4 titanium alloy.
