摘 要:在镍基钎料中加入铁基合金粉末,在大气环境下采用感应钎涂工艺在45号钢基体表面与金刚石制备复合钎涂层,使用体视显微镜、扫描电子显微镜对钎涂层的形貌进行观察,使用能谱仪对钎涂层接合处及金刚石界面进行成分分析,使用显微硬度计、磨粒磨损试验机对钎涂层性能进行测试,分析铁基粉末对钎涂层性能的影响。研究结果表明,钎涂层成形良好,与基体实现冶金接合。钎涂层中生成铬的碳化物,提高了钎涂层的硬度。随着钎料中铁基粉末含量的增大,金刚石表面出现腐蚀坑,使钎涂层的性能降低。当铁基粉末含量为60%时,钎涂层的硬度(HV)达到904.31,提高14.5%。在相同的磨损试验条件下,钎涂层的磨损质量损失达到0.166 g,耐磨性能降低49%。The iron-based alloy powder was added to the nickel-based brazing metal,the composite brazing coating was prepared with diamond on the surface of 45 steel matrix by induction brazing process in atmospheric environment,the morphology of brazing coating was observed by the stereo microscope and scanning electron microscope,the composition of the brazing coating joint and diamond interface was analyzed by the energy dispersive spectrometer,the performance of brazing coating was tested by the microhardness tester and abrasive wear testing machine,and the influence of iron-based powder on the performance of brazing coating was analyzed.The result shows that the brazing coating is well formed and metallurgically bonded to the substrate.Chromium carbide is generated in the brazing coating,which increases the hardness of brazing coating.With the increase of iron-based powder content in brazing metal,corrosion pit appears on the surface of diamond,which reduces the performance of brazing coating.When the iron-based powder content is 60%,the hardness(HV)of brazing coating reaches 904.31,which is increased by 14.5%.Under the same abrasion test condition,the wear mass loss of brazing coating reaches 0.166 g,and the wear resistance is reduced by 49%.
