摘  要:防跑偏立辊壳是矿用皮带机的调偏装置,传统生产工艺是手工组对和焊接,焊接后壳体和挡环的端面平行度较差,并且生产效率较低。为了提高产品质量和生产效率,设计了矿用防跑偏立辊壳焊接工装,包括组对定位工装和焊接辅助工装。对组对定位工装和焊接辅助工装进行了分析,对现场安装使用进行了介绍。应用矿用防跑偏立辊壳焊接工装,可以提高生产效率,降低劳动强度。The anti-run-off deviation vertical roller shell is the deviation adjustment device of the mining belt conveyor,and the traditional production process is manual assembly and welding,and the parallelism of the end faces of the shell and the retaining ring after welding is poor,and the production efficiency is low.In order to improve product quality and production efficiency,the welding tooling of anti-run-off vertical roller shell for mining was designed,including assembly positioning tooling and welding auxiliary tooling.The assembly positioning tooling and welding auxiliary tooling were analyzed,and the installation and use in field were introduced.The application of welding tooling of anti-run-off vertical roller shell for mining can improve production efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
