摘  要:试车台试验是航空发动机型号研制、批产交付、技术研究的重要手段,试车台测试的准确性直接影响航空发动机的性能评估结果。采用流场测试的方法,测量航空发动机试车时的流场分布,并计算试车台不同工况下航空发动机的附加阻力变化情况,在计算结果的基础上对推力测量值进行修正。通过计算可知,进气流场分布整体较为均匀,进气流速不均匀度低于35%,最大进气流速不均匀度为32.84%。核心区域为航空发动机的主要进气区域,最大进气流速不均匀度为23.80%。试车台附加阻力与推力测量值为线性关系,进气冲量阻力占航空发动机推力的2.04%左右。Test is an important means for aero-engine type development,production delivery and technical research.The accuracy of test cell directly affects the performance evaluation result of aero-engine.The flow field distribution of aero-engine test was measured by the method of flow field test,and the change of additional drag of aero-engine under different working conditions of teat cell was calculated.Based on the calculated result,the measured thrust was modified.It can be seen from the calculation that the overall distribution of the air inlet field is relatively uniform,meanwhile the non-uniformity of intake flow velocity is less than 35%,and the maximum non-uniformity of intake flow velocity is 32.84%.The core area is the main intake area of aero-engine,and the maximum non-uniformity of intake flow velocity is 23.80%.There is a linear relationship between the additional drag and the measured thrust,and the proportion of the intake stroke drag is about 2.04%of the thrust of aero-engine.
