摘　　要：针对民机装配过程复杂度高、工作量大、质量要求高等特点,研究基于操作流程图的民机装配作业排程技术。介绍操作流程图的编制方法、评价方法,对操作流程图进行应用及优化,并且开发操作流程图自动化编制系统,有效解决民机装配作业排程问题。通过应用基于操作流程图的民机装配作业排程技术,可以进一步提高民机总装阶段的生产效能。In view of the high complexity,large workload and high quality requirement characteristics of the civil aircraft assembly process,the civil aircraft assembly operation scheduling technology based on operation sequence chart was studied.The compilation method and evaluation method of the operation sequence chart were introduced,the operation sequence chart was applied and optimized,and an automatic compilation system for the operation sequence chart was developed to effectively solve the problem of civil aircraft assembly operation scheduling.Through the application of civil aircraft assembly operation scheduling technology based on operation sequence chart,the production efficiency of civil aircraft assembly stage can be further improved.
