摘 要:本研究旨在分析披碱草属不同种质苗期在干旱胁迫下的生理变化特征,以期筛选抗旱性较强的披碱草属种质材料。研究选取4个不同区域采集的披碱草属种子为供试材料,通过模拟连续的干旱条件,测定了叶绿素含量、游离脯氨酸含量和可溶性糖含量等关键生理生化指标。运用隶属函数法,对4份材料的抗旱性进行了综合评价。结果表明:4份材料的抗旱性表现为E4(青海刚察老芒麦)>E2(北京雾灵山老芒麦)>E3(山西五台山披碱草)>E1(内蒙古锡盟披碱草)。可见,产自青海刚察的老芒麦具有较强的抗旱性,适宜在干旱地区推广种植。This study aimed to analyze the physiological changes of different Elymus germplasms under drought stress at the seedling stage,in order to screen Elymus germplasm materials with strong drought resistance.The seeds of Elymus collected from four different regions were selected as test materials.By simulating continuous drought conditions,key physiological and biochemical indicators such as chlorophyll content,free proline content and soluble sugar content were determined.The membership function method was used to comprehensively evaluate the drought resistance of the four materials.The results showed that the drought resistance of the four materials was E4(E.sibiricum from Gangcha,Qinghai)>E2(E.sibiricum from Wuling mountain,Beijing)>E3(E.sibiricum from Wutai mountain,Shanxi)>E1(E.sibiricum from Ximeng,Inner mongolia).It can be seen that E.sibiricum from Gangcha,Qinghai has strong drought resistance and is suitable for promotion and planting in arid areas.
